Discreet Packaging and Shipping

Smoke Deal knows your privacy is important and we take every step to ensure that our customers' shipments are discreet. All of the packaging for shipping pipes, cigars or other items will come in a plain brown box with no mention of "Smoke Deal" on it either inside or outside so there's absolutely zero chance anyone could guess what you've gotten from us!

As such all packages are shipped via standard USPS Priority Mail which means they'll appear nowhere except possibly credit card statements if someone pays attention enough (and has an interest rate high enough).The Smoke Deal team understands how much people care about keeping their habits private--we don't want others knowing anything more than necessary when buying substances online; same goes

We know you want to get your order as soon as possible, so we make every effort possible for fast delivery. However sometimes life gets in the way and there may be a delay with one or more items on an order if it comes through Express shipping instead of standard ground transportation (or expedited). If this happens just let us know-we'll issue a refund immediately upon request!

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping for all of our items, and low cost international shipping.

International Shipping rates start at 19.95$ for International First Class, and 29.95$ for International Priority Mail. 

We ship everywhere in the United States, as well as a handful of international countries! We ship to Australia, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Times and Shipping Speed

Shipping time does not include the processing for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that done well before sending it out! If you place a transaction before 10am EST on most days (or if there's no holiday), then we'll usually ship same-day; however rare delays may occur from time-to date sometimes due unforeseeable circumstances such as holidays or special sales where delivery might take two days instead of one but don't worry - this just means their postal service needs more care with every single package they process through them which will ensure its arrival safely at its destination
As longs stock lasts

We offer a variety of shipping speeds and carriers to ensure your order gets where it needs too. Tracking labels are sent out once the package has been picked up by USPS, UPS or Fedex so you can track its progress through these services using our tool here!

Items Broken in Shipping

Smoke Deal will replace any broken package with an equivalent piece that has been agreed upon between the customer and Smoke. If you discover a problem with your order after it's been delivered, please take photos of what was damaged or broken before returning it so we can issue new ones!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we will do everything in our power to make sure your broken items get replaced as soon as possible. However, please be calm during the process so that it doesn't slow things down even more!

Do you accept returns?

IMPORTANT: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNUSED. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN USED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We hope that you love your new purchase! If for some reason it doesn't work out the way we imagined, please send an email to [email protected] before sending back so our team can be prepared with how best handle returns and exchanges in this situation - thank you very much!!

Make sure to include with your return:

Your order number (this is crucial)

The item (unused)

 If we do not receive an order number or invoice with the package, we are unable to determine who the product is from, and will be unable to issue you store credit.

For orders that the customer chooses to return, we are only able to offer store credit for the returned piece.  Customers must pay shipping and handling.
